If you’re having trouble linking your bluetooth to a device, please refer to the pamphlet sent with your purchase. 

Our process for returns goes like this:

Hit up our support warriors at contact@laughscape.com and we’ll assist you with your return or concern and troubleshoot together.

If we can’t help you out, fill out this form and send your headband along with the USB cable back to us.

Once we receive your return and the above process has been followed, we’ll happily process your refund OR replacement headband. Shipping back to Laughscape is at the cost of the customer.

Please note: Incorrect washing of the headband, general wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or any modifications do not equate to fault or damage or a manufacturing issue and are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Your return or replacement will be processed within 7 days of the returned product. All parts must be returned, including the USB charger.
